Sales Executive

VACANCY: SALES EXECUTIVE at Xperience

Main Responsibilities
 Present and sell insurance products & services to existing and potential corporate clients.
 Prepare action plan to secure new business and cross sell.
 Follow up on new leads and referrals generated until business is secured.
 Prepare presentations and proposals.
 Ensure high retention level of existing corporate clients.
 Build and maintain relationship with insurers, insurance brokers and other relevant parties.
 Gather paperwork to activate and maintain insurance contract.
 Prepare Sales Report as requested by Management.
 Ensure that sales target as set by Management is achieved.

Qualifications and Experience:

HSC, Academic Qualifications in Sales and Marketing by the possession of a University Degree from a recognized University, or Cert CII or CIMA

Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales/insurance field and any equivalent combination of experience and training.

Special Skills required:
 Ability to deliver presentation to different audience.
 Ability to work as an individual and as part of a team.
 Holder of a valid driving license.

Conditions
Proposed Hire Date: As soon as possible, Probation period: 3 Months
Envisaged Salary Range (excluding transport): Based on experience
